Abstract[English]
Provided are genetically engineered induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and derivative cells thereof that express C-X-C chemokine receptor type 4 (CXCR4). Also provided are uses of the CXCR4 positive iPSCs or derivative cells thereof for allogenic cell therapy.[French]
L'invention concerne des cellules souches pluripotentes induites (CSPi) génétiquement modifiées et des cellules dérivées de celles-ci qui expriment le récepteur de chimiokine C-X-C de type 4 (CXCR4).
