Abstract[English] Disclosed herein includes a method of detecting RhD incompatibility during pregnancy, comprising: a) extracting DNA from a blood sample of a pregnant mother; b) performing qPCR on the DNA to determine Ct values of at least one RhD exon and at least one internal control gene; and c) calculating a ΔCt value between the at least one RhD exon and at least one internal control gene.[French] La présente invention comprend un procédé de détection d'une incompatibilité RhD pendant la grossesse, comportant les étapes suivantes : a) extraction de l'ADN d'un échantillon sanguin d'une mère enceinte ; b) réalisation d'une qPCR sur l'ADN pour déterminer les valeurs Ct d'au moins un exon RhD et d'au moins un gène témoin interne ; et c) calcul d'une valeur ΔCt entre au moins un exon RhD et au moins un gène témoin interne.
