Abstract[English] A system to secure digital in-transit communication is disclosed. It includes true random bits generation, a secure digital key distribution and an encryption system for broad use. It offers post quantum-resistant characteristics. The system uses true random bits generated from vacuum quantum fluctuations. The distribution of these bits is protected by recorded quantum noise and works in standard communication channels.[French] L'invention concerne un système pour sécuriser les communications numériques en transit.
