Abstract[English]
In recently or concurrently filed disclosures, we have presented expandable, gastroretentive dosage forms with independently controllable gastric residence time and drug release rate. In this specification, a method for producing such and similar dosage forms is disclosed. The method comprises preparing a three-dimensional structural framework of one or more fibers, and attaching a controlled amount of drug-containing matter to said three-dimensional fiber structural framework.[French]
Dans des divulgations récemment ou simultanément déposées, nous avons présenté des formes galéniques à rétention gastrique expansibles présentant des temps de séjour gastrique et taux de libération de médicament qui peuvent être contrôlés indépendamment. La présente invention divulgue un procédé de production de telles formes galéniques et similaires. Le procédé comprend la préparation d'un cadre structurel tridimensionnel d'une ou de plusieurs fibres, et la fixation d'une quantité contrôlée de matière contenant un médicament audit cadre structurel de fibre tridimensionnel.
