Abstract[English]
An example method may include receiving, by a user device from a home network, a configuration to perform measurements in a roaming network; receiving, by the user device from the roaming network, a roaming network policy indicating the home network as one of public land mobile networks, PLMNs, to which sharing or reporting of measurement values collected with respect to the roaming network is enabled; collecting, by the user device based on the roaming network policy indicating that sharing or reporting of measurement values to the home network is allowed, measurement values with respect to the roaming network; and transmitting, by the user device to the home network, a measurement report including at least some of the collected measurement values with respect to the roaming network.[French]
