Abstract[English]
The invention relates to novel regulatory sequences which mediate expression of an operably-linked protein-encoding polynucleotide of interest, wherein the polynucleotide is transcribed in all plant tissues except male reproductive tissue including pollen. The invention also relates to expression cassettes, vectors, and transgenic plants comprising the regulatory sequence that enable a desired expression profile of the polynucleotide of interest.[French]
L'invention concerne de nouvelles séquences régulatrices qui médient l'expression d'un polynucléotide d'intérêt codant pour une protéine liée de manière fonctionnelle, le polynucléotide étant transcrit dans tous les tissus végétaux à l'exception d'un tissu reproducteur mâle, dont le pollen. L'invention concerne également des cassettes d'expression, des vecteurs et des plantes transgéniques comprenant la séquence régulatrice qui permet un profil d'expression souhaité du polynucléotide d'intérêt.
