Abstract[English]
A method includes receiving, at a server, a first message including identifying information about a container with an access door seal being monitored by a first ARM device. The method includes initiating tracking of the shipment and first ARM device. The method includes, in response to receiving a second ARM device message indicating an unsealed status of the access door being monitored, comparing the actual time and location at which the ARM device detected unsealing of the access door to the expected unseal time and location. The method includes, in response to the actual time and location not being within a threshold range of the expected time and location, determining that an unexpected/unscheduled unseal event has occurred with the shipping container. The method includes generating and transmitting notifications alerting the operator and at least one interested party identified with the shipment of an unexpected/unscheduled unseal event.[French]
Un procédé consiste à recevoir, au niveau d'un serveur, un premier message comprenant l'identification d'informations concernant un conteneur avec un joint de porte d'accès surveillé par un premier dispositif ARM. Le procédé consiste à déclencher le suivi de l'expédition et du premier dispositif ARM. Le procédé consiste, en réponse à la réception d'un second message de dispositif ARM indiquant un état non scellé de la porte d'accès surveillée, à comparer l'heure et l'emplacement réels au niveau desquels le dispositif ARM a détecté le descellement de la porte d'accès à l'heure et à l'emplacement de descellement attendus. Le procédé consiste, en réponse au fait que l'heure et l'emplacement réels ne se situent pas dans une plage de seuils de l'heure et de l'emplacement attendus, à déterminer qu'un événement de descellement inattendu/non planifié s'est produit avec le conteneur d'expédition. Le procédé consiste à générer et à transmettre des notifications alertant l'opérateur et au moins une partie intéressée identifiée avec l'expédition d'un événement de descellement inattendu/non planifié.
