Abstract[English]
A system and for adaptive control of non-thermal plasma treatment on a patient. The system has a electrosurgical generator, having a power module, a memory, a first current sensor configured to sense an electrical current on the active electrode, a second current sensor configured to sense a current on the return electrode, a voltage sensor configured to sense a voltage difference between the active electrode and the return electrode, and a feedback control module, wherein the control module is configured to automatically adjusts a power output of the electrosurgical generator based on outputs of the first current sensor, the second current sensor and the voltage sensor to maintain an electrical current on the active electrode within a range to provide non-thermal plasma.[French]
La présente invention concerne un système et une commande adaptative d'un traitement par plasma non thermique sur un patient. Le système possède un générateur électrochirurgical, comportant un module d'alimentation, un mémoire, un premier capteur de courant conçu pour détecter un courant électrique sur l'électrode active, un second capteur de courant conçu pour détecter un courant sur l'électrode de retour, un capteur de tension conçu pour détecter une différence de tensions entre l'électrode active et l'électrode de retour, et un module de commande de rétroaction, le module de commande étant conçu pour ajuster automatiquement une puissance de sortie du générateur électrochirurgical sur la base des sorties du premier capteur de courant, du second capteur de courant et du capteur de tension pour maintenir un courant électrique sur l'électrode active dans une plage pour fournir un plasma non thermique.
