Abstract[English]
Methods and devices with noninvasive means for improving health such as treating itching especially skin itchiness are described. The non-invasive means is selected from electrical stimulation, heat or cold stimulation, IR (infrared) radiation, mechanical stimulation or their combinations. In some embodiments, the method and device utilizes electrical current passed through skin including the site having itchy feeling to achieve the desired therapeutical and beneficial effects.[French]
L'invention concerne des méthodes et des dispositifs comprenant un moyen non invasif pour améliorer la santé, tels que le traitement de démangeaisons, en particulier de démangeaisons de la peau. Le moyen non invasif est choisi parmi une stimulation électrique, une stimulation par la chaleur ou par le froid, un rayonnement IR (infrarouge), une stimulation mécanique ou des combinaisons de ceux-ci. Dans certains modes de réalisation, la méthode et le dispositif font appel à un courant électrique traversant la peau comprenant le site ayant une sensation de démangeaison pour obtenir les effets thérapeutiques et bénéfiques souhaités.
