Abstract[English]
A switching device for controlling power flow on a power line. The device includes a current sensor for measuring primary current on the line, a first voltage sensor for measuring primary voltage on the line at one side of the switching device, and a second voltage sensor for measuring primary voltage on the line at another side of the switching device. An ADC converts measurement signals from the current sensor and the voltage sensors to digital signals, and a PMU calculates magnitude and phase angle synchrophasor data using the current and voltage measurement digital signals and calibration data.[French]
Dispositif de commutation destiné à commander un flux de puissance sur une ligne électrique. Le dispositif comporte un capteur de courant destiné à mesurer un courant primaire sur la ligne, un premier capteur de tension destiné à mesurer une tension primaire sur la ligne au niveau d'un côté du dispositif de commutation, et un second capteur de tension destiné à mesurer une tension primaire sur la ligne au niveau d'un autre côté du dispositif de commutation. Un CAN convertit des signaux de mesure provenant du capteur de courant et des capteurs de tension en signaux numériques, et une unité de gestion de puissance (PMU) calcule des données de synchrophaseur d'amplitude et d'angle de phase au moyen des signaux numériques de mesure de courant et de tension et de données d'étalonnage.
