Abstract[English]
The invention relates to the cooling and heating system for premises. The cooling and heating system for premises includes an accumulator tank (2) with a Peltier element (7) located in its lower part, connected to a solar battery (1), and a fan (8) installed under the Peltier element (7). Symmetrically to the accumulator tank (2), an additional second accumulator tank (3) is installed, in the lower part of which a Peltier element (10) and a fan (11) are also located. A water pump (5) is installed between the connected accumulator tanks (2, 3) and is connected to both tanks (2, 3). Each Peltier element (7, 10) is placed inside a separate radiator (6, 9) in such a way that the finned parts of the radiator are located on both sides of the Peltier element. The Peltier element (10), which is not connected to the solar battery (1), is connected to the consumer (12).[French]
L'invention concerne un système de refroidissement et de chauffage pour locaux. Le système de refroidissement et de chauffage pour locaux inclut un réservoir accumulateur (2) avec un élément Peltier (7) situé dans sa partie inférieure, connecté à une batterie solaire (1), et un ventilateur (8) installé sous l'élément Peltier (7).
