Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a tablet composition comprising benidipine or pharmaceutical acceptable salt thereof, polyvinyl alcohol and at least one disintegrant, wherein the amount of disintegrant is between 0.1% and 10.0% by weight in the total composition. The present invention also relates to a simple, rapid, cost-effective, time-saving and industrially suitable process for the preparation of a tablet composition.[French]
La présente invention concerne une composition de comprimé comprenant de la bénidipine ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celle-ci, de l'alcool polyvinylique et au moins un délitant, la quantité de délitant étant comprise entre 0,1 % et 10,0 % en poids dans la composition totale. La présente invention concerne également un procédé simple, rapide, économique, économe en temps et industriellement approprié pour la préparation d'une composition de comprimé.
