Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a tractor (1CX) and a trailer (1D) designed for the transportation of large quantities of excavation material, rock, sand, gravel, and overburden in off-road areas such as airport construction sites, highway construction sites, dam construction sites, viaduct construction sites, and mining areas. A major issue encountered in tractors (1CX) and in vehicles with more than two axles is that one or two axles are often suspended due to uneven terrain and off-road conditions. In the four-axle tractor (1CX) we have designed, this problem has been completely eliminated.[French]
L'invention concerne un tracteur (1CX) et une remorque (1D) conçus pour le transport de grandes quantités de matériau d'excavation, de roche, de sable, de gravier et de surcharge dans des zones hors-route telles que des sites de construction d'aéroport, des sites de construction d'autoroute, des sites de construction de barrage, des sites de construction de viaducs, et des zones d'exploitation minière. Le fait qu'un ou deux essieux sont souvent suspendus en raison d'un terrain irrégulier et de conditions hors route est un problème important présent chez les tracteurs (1CX) et dans les véhicules à plus de deux essieux. Ce problème a été complètement éliminé chez le tracteur à quatre essieux (1CX) que nous avons conçu.
