Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to an effervescent tablet formulation comprising brivaracetam or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and at least one acid source and at least one gas generating agent, wherein the amount of brivaracetam is between 0.1% and 6.0% by weight in the total formulation. The present invention also relates to a simple, rapid, cost effective, time-saving and industrially convenient process of preparing the effervescent tablet.[French]
La présente invention concerne une formulation de comprimé effervescent comprenant du brivaracétam ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, et au moins une source d'acide et au moins un agent de génération de gaz, la quantité de brivaracétam étant comprise entre 0,1% et 6,0% en poids dans la formulation totale. La présente invention concerne également un procédé simple, rapide, économique, économe en temps et industriellement pratique de préparation du comprimé effervescent.
