Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a bilayer tablet comprising first layer comprising sacubitril or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, at least one filler and second layer comprising valsartan or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, at least one filler wherein the weight ratio of filler(s) at first layer to filler(s) at second layer is between 0.5 and 2.5. The bilayer tablet having the desired dissolution profile and a long-term stability.[French]
La présente invention concerne un comprimé bicouche comprenant une première couche qui comprend du sacubitril ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, au moins une charge et une seconde couche qui comprend du valsartan ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, au moins une charge, le rapport pondéral de la ou des charges au niveau de la première couche sur la ou les charges au niveau de la seconde couche étant compris entre 0,5 et 2,5. Le comprimé bicouche présente le profil de dissolution souhaité et une stabilité à long terme.
