Abstract[English]
This invention is about a packaging technique for dry powder inhaler comprising a blister having a layer of polymeric materials and an aluminum folio layer superposed to the layer of the polymeric material and having at least one cavity that is used for storing an inhalable formulation is in the volume range of 32 to 60 mm3 and the cavity is filled up to 25-100% wherein the inhalable composition is comprising one or more active agent, which is selected from the group consisting of short-acting β2 agonists (SABAs), long-acting β2 agonists (LABAs), ultra-long acting β2 agonists, long-acting muscarinic antagonists (LAMAs), non-selective dopamine agonist and corticosteroids or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in characterizing that a pouch is surrounding an inhaler device equipped with the blister in a vacuum-sealed manner.[French]
La présente invention concerne une technique d'emballage pour inhalateur de poudre sèche comprenant un blister ayant une couche de matières polymères et une couche de feuille d'aluminium superposée sur la couche de la matière polymère et ayant au moins une cavité qui est utilisée pour stocker une formulation inhalable et qui est dans la plage de volume de 32 à 60 mm3, la cavité étant remplie jusqu'à 25-100 %, la composition inhalable comprenant un ou plusieurs agents actifs, qui sont choisis dans le groupe constitué par des agonistes β2 à action courte (SABA), des agonistes β2 à action prolongée (LABA), des agonistes β2 à action ultra-longue, des antagonistes muscariniques à action prolongée (LAMA), un agoniste de dopamine non sélectif et des corticostéroïdes ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ceux-ci, caractérisée en ce qu'une poche entoure un dispositif inhalateur équipé du blister d'une manière scellée sous vide.
