Abstract[English]
The invention relates to dry powder pharmaceutical compositions for use in a dry powder inhaler for the treatment of types I and II diabetes in mammalians, particularly in humans comprising micronized human insulin as an active agent and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. Further, the present invention also relates to a simple, rapid, cost effective, time-saving and industrially convenient process.[French]
L'invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques en poudre sèche destinées à être utilisées dans un inhalateur de poudre sèche pour le traitement du diabète de type I et II chez des mammifères, en particulier chez des êtres humains comprenant de l'insuline humaine micronisée en tant qu'agent actif et au moins un excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable. En outre, la présente invention concerne également un procédé simple, rapide, économique, économe en temps et industriellement pratique.
