Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a gas tap (1) for domestic and industrial gas cookers, and it generally consists of assembling a body (1.3) having a gas inlet (1.3.1) and one or two gas outlets (1.3.2); a shaft (1.1); a cover (1.2); a conical element (1.4) and other parts. According to said gas tap (1), when the user rotates the button, the shaft (1) therein rotates such that the channelled conical element rotates in each rotation angle, resulting in a gas flow at different flow rates. Thanks to the channelled conical element (1) of the invention, a step gas tap is provided, which provides a combined solution to the problems of the absence of ideal flow rate decrease, instability in the flame, the formation of unstable flames due to the formation of unwanted peaks in the flow values, and the low number of products.[French]
La présente invention concerne un robinet de gaz (1) pour cuisinières à gaz domestiques et industrielles, et consiste d'une manière générale en un assemblage d'un corps (1.3) ayant une entrée de gaz (1.3.1) et une ou deux sorties de gaz (1.3.2); d'un arbre (1.1); d'un élément de recouvrement (1.2); d'un élément conique (1.4) et d'autres parties. Selon ledit robinet de gaz (1), lorsque l'utilisateur tourne le bouton, l'arbre (1) à l'intérieur tourne de telle sorte que l'élément conique cannelé tourne dans chaque angle de rotation, ce qui entraîne un écoulement de gaz à différents débits. Grâce à l'élément conique cannelé (1) de l'invention, un robinet de gaz étagé est fourni, lequel apporte une solution combinée aux problèmes de l'absence de diminution idéale du débit, de l'instabilité de la flamme, de la formation de flammes instables en raison de la formation de pics indésirables dans les valeurs de débit, et du faible nombre de produits.
