Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a graphene cat litter with 2.5-12 mm. of size, and having odor adsorption, antibacterial, and eco-friendly properties, wherein the graphene material is prepared from the carbon byproducts from thermochemical process, for examples, direct combustion, pyrolysis, and gasification. The advantages of this invention are the combination of graphene with biomass which is biodegradable residues from tofu or soybeans as the matrix, which reduce pollution and enhance the pet's health. This graphene cat litter of present invention is prepared by using ultrasonic for reducing the agglomeration and maintain the quality of graphene via vacuum infusion for enhancing the stability and preventing the precipitation, in order to obtain the preferable graphene cat litter. The graphene cat litter of present invention also have the property of reducing ammonia emission from cat urine, and further comprises the additives selected from vitamin and flavoring agent to enhance the pet care efficiency and pet hygiene, along with the higher sustainability and reduces environmental pollution. This present invention shows the progress of graphene application in everyday products, with the response in performance and sustainability, corresponding to the trend of developing products for the environment and consumer health.[French]
La présente invention concerne une litière en graphène pour chat, ladite litière ayant une taille comprise entre 2,5 et 12 mm, et ayant des propriétés d'adsorption d'odeurs, antibactériennes et écologiques, le graphène étant préparé à partir des sous-produits de carbone par un procédé thermochimique, par exemple, une combustion directe, une pyrolyse et une gazéification. Les avantages de la présente invention sont la combinaison de graphène avec une biomasse qui est un résidu biodégradable issu de tofu ou de soja en tant que matrice, ce qui permet de réduire la pollution et améliorer la santé de l'animal de compagnie. Cette litière en graphène pour chat de la présente invention est préparée à l'aide d'ultrasons destinés à réduire l'agglomération et maintenir la qualité du graphène par l'intermédiaire d'une infusion sous vide pour améliorer la stabilité et empêcher la précipitation, afin d'obtenir la litière en graphène pour chat préférable. La litière en graphène pour chat de la présente invention présente également la propriété de réduire l'émission d'ammoniac à partir de l'urine de chat, et contient en outre les additifs choisis parmi la vitamine et l'agent aromatisant pour améliorer l'efficacité de soins des animaux de compagnie et l'hygiène des animaux de compagnie ainsi que la durabilité supérieure et réduit la pollution environnementale. La présente invention montre les progrès réalisés dans l'application de graphène dans des produits du quotidien, avec une réponse en termes de performance et de durabilité, correspondant à la tendance à la conception de produits respectueux de l'environnement et de la santé du consommateur.
