Abstract[English]
An alarm clock made of two or more main parts (from here on assumed to be two parts: top part and bottom part) that can not be opened/separated by hand (not even with tools like a screwdriver or similar) unless the alarm is in a certain state. Preferably the state of the alarm should be "off", "inactive", "not set". The purpose of this is to prevent cheating (by opening the alarm clock to remove/unplug backup batteries or other similar kind of manipulation). The two main parts are prevented from being separated by a lock (preferably a standard push/pull solenoid lock) placed inside the two main parts (inside the alarm clock). The position of the lock can be both the top part and bottom part but is preferably placed in the bottom part. When the alarm state is "Off" the electric lock can be opened via a wireless commando/signal. Preferably the signal is sent via bluetooth/wifi or similar from preferably but not limited to a smartphone (via a software application installed on the smartphone). When the lock is open the two parts can easily be separated by hand without the need of any tools. Alternatively the lock is automatically locking the two main parts when the alarm state is changed to not "Off" and unlocking it when it changes to "Off".[French]
L'invention concerne une horloge d'alarme composée de deux parties principales ou plus (supposées à partir d'ici être deux parties : une partie supérieure et une partie inférieure) qui ne peuvent pas être ouvertes/séparées à la main (pas même avec des outils tels qu'un tournevis ou similaire) sauf si l'alarme est dans un certain état. De préférence, cet état de l'alarme doit être « éteint », « inactif », « non réglé ». Ceci a pour but d'empêcher toute tricherie (par ouverture de l'horloge d'alarme pour retirer/débrancher des batteries de secours ou autre type de manipulation similaire). Les deux parties principales sont empêchées d'être séparées par un verrou (de préférence un verrou à électroaimant à répulsion/attraction standard) placé à l'intérieur des deux parties principales (à l'intérieur de l'horloge d'alarme). La position du verrou peut être aussi bien la partie supérieure que la partie inférieure, mais il est de préférence placé dans la partie inférieure. Lorsque l'état d'alarme est « éteint », le verrou électrique peut être ouvert par l'intermédiaire d'une commande/d'un signal sans fil. Le signal est de préférence envoyé par Bluetooth/Wi-Fi ou similaire, de préférence mais non exclusivement à partir d'un mobile multifonction (par l'intermédiaire d'une application logicielle installée sur le mobile multifonction). Lorsque le verrou est ouvert, les deux parties peuvent facilement être séparées à la main sans avoir besoin d'outils. Selon une variante, le verrou verrouille automatiquement les deux parties principales lorsque l'état d'alarme est changé pour autre chose que « éteint », et les déverrouille lorsqu'il passe à « éteint ».
