The elongated arrangement (600) is arranged to permit rotation of the wind-responsive solar panels (400) about a rotation axis (R) running along a main extension direction (ME600) of the elongated arrangement (600). The system (100) further comprises a blocking structure (700, 701, 702, 710, 711, 712, 730, 731, 732, 140) arranged to apply its limitation of the rotation of the wind-responsive solar panels (400) outside a rotation interval.[French]
