Abstract[English]
The construction in the form of a rotating cylinder (7) which lacks wings is central to this system/model for the production of electricity. Other system components are speed carriers (4), transport track (possibly inside a transport casing) and surrounding medium. The design is equipped with functions that adapt the production of electricity to the characteristics of other system components. Functions of that kind can change, increase or decrease the "speed wind" exposed surfaces (8) of the rotating device (1), speed of rotation and also speed of movement of the speed carrier, so that the power generating system is adapted to changing parameters of the mobile power generating system.[French]
Dans la présente invention, la construction sous la forme d'un cylindre rotatif (7) dépourvu d'ailes est centrale à ce système/modèle destiné à la production d'électricité. D'autres composants du système sont des supports de vitesse (4), une voie de transport (éventuellement à l'intérieur d'un carter de transport) et un milieu environnant. La conception est équipée de fonctions qui adaptent la production d'électricité aux caractéristiques d'autres composants du système. Des fonctions de ce type peuvent changer, augmenter ou diminuer les surfaces exposées "vent de vitesse" (8) du dispositif rotatif (1), la vitesse de rotation et également la vitesse de déplacement du support de vitesse, de telle sorte que le système de production d'énergie est conçu pour modifier des paramètres du système de production d'énergie mobile.
