The invention relates to a system and method for underwater propulsion providing the locomotion of a vehicle underwater or at its surface, consisting of a driving motor (1), a longitudinal assembly (2) and a control and command unit (3), wherein the motor (1) is secured to the vehicle and connected to the longitudinal assembly (2) by means of an axle (1b) provided with a bearing (1a), the longitudinal assembly (2) being made up from an oscillating telescopic rod (2a) rigidly secured to 90 degrees at an end to the axle (1b) of the motor (1), this continuing with an elastic longitudinal element (2b), made up from bending deformable elements, ending up with a blade (2c) having a deformable membrane (2e) secured to an extensible frame (2d), the command and control unit (3) being made up from several communication and logic operation modules.[French]
L'invention se rapporte à un système et à un procédé de propulsion sous-marine assurant la locomotion d'un véhicule sous-marin ou à la surface de l'eau, constitué d'un moteur d'entraînement (1), d'un ensemble longitudinal (2) et d'une unité de régulation et de commande (3), le moteur (1) étant solidaire du véhicule et relié à l'ensemble longitudinal (2) par l'intermédiaire d'un axe (1b) pourvu d'un palier (1a), l'ensemble longitudinal (2) étant constitué d'une tige télescopique oscillante (2a) solidaire formant un angle de 90 degrés au niveau d'une extrémité de l'axe (1b) du moteur (1), et qui se prolonge avec un élément longitudinal élastique (2b) constitué d'éléments déformables en flexion, se terminant par une pale (2c) comportant une membrane déformable (2e) solidaire d'un cadre extensible (2d), l'unité de régulation et de commande (3) étant constituée de plusieurs modules de communication et d'opération logique.
