Abstract[English]
A device consisting of a large capacitor connected to an extremely high voltage alternating power supply. By properly adjusting the frequency of the power supply, a stationary radio wave can be produced in the space between the capacitor plates that creates a gravitational field and is capable of causing a gravitational force to act on any mass placed in the space between the capacitor plates. Thus, a mass placed in the space between the capacitor plates will be lifted gravitationally. Multiple such capacitors can be connected to form arrays in the three directions of space, which allows movement of masses in the three directions of space.[French]
L'invention concerne un dispositif constitué d'un grand condensateur connecté à une alimentation électrique alternative à tension extrêmement élevée. Par un réglage approprié de la fréquence de l'alimentation électrique, il est possible de produire une onde radio fixe dans l'espace entre les plaques de condensateur, qui crée un champ gravitationnel et est apte à exercer une force gravitationnelle sur toute masse placée dans cet espace.
