Abstract[English]
The invention uses "A unified theory of nuclear, electromagnetic and gravitational fields", (ISBN 978-973-0-38954-8), according to which all elementary particles (fermions) have a dipolar nuclear field, induced by the circulation on a photon contour. The invention proposes the induction of the macroscopic nuclear field with the help of a guided laser beam. The macroscopic nuclear field interacts with the nuclear moments of elementary particles even if they have no electric charge or magnetic moment, such as neutrons, neutrinos, or photons. If there is a body in the induced nuclear field, the body becomes gravitationally polarized and interacts directionally with the gravitational field, or the body becomes nuclear polarized and has anisotropic inertial properties. The invention relates to the use of the technologically induced nuclear field to modify and control the weight and inertia of bodies. Another effect, of the nuclear polarization of a body in an external nuclear field, is the relativistic change of the duration of internal processes and the dimensions of the body along the direction of polarization, similar to the relativistic effect of high-velocity travel.
