Abstract[English]
The invention refers to a method for isolating microplastics (MPs) from milk and processed milk derivatives (yogurt, sour cream and butter) with applicability in the field of food safety. The method, according to the invention, consists of the following stages: A- pretreatment of the raw material (milk and processed milk products, with different fat content) with reagents of advanced purity, in the following mass ratios: milk:oxygenated water of 10:1, yogurt:NaOH:distilled water of 1:0,2:100, sour cream:sodium dodecyl sulfate:NaOH:distilled water of 1:0,1:0,12:100, butter:sodium dodecyl sulfate:NaOH:distilled water of 1:0.5:0.125:62.5, for digestion of the complex organic matrix, and homogenization by stirring at 150 rpm for 10 min; B-digestion proper by ultrasonication at 30°C, for 20 min; C-filtration under vacuum through filters with a porosity of 12...15 micrometers and maintaining the mixture in a water bath at 60°C until the filtration is complete; finally, the isolated MPs are quantified and characterized by complex analytical techniques.[French]
