Abstract[English]
Acoustic inserts for improving acoustic insulation in floors or slabs with process openings. The inserts (1, 1', 1", 2, 2', 2", 2'") are in the form of permanently interconnected by side surfaces in a bundle either open on both sides (3, 3') or sealed on one or both sides by an insulating material (3") e.g. silicone, plastic, etc. with the cross-section outline of a circular or any polygonal shape, whereby the cross-section diameter of each circular tube (3) or the maximum cross-section dimension of the polygonal shaped tube (3') is in the range of 2-30 mm and the tubes (3, 3', 3") are made of elastic and resilient material, whereby the cross-section outline of the insert (1, 1', 1", 2, 2', 2", 2"') is similar to the cross-section outline of each opening in the floor hollow brick (4, 4', 4") or floor slab with service openings (5, 5', 5") so that each dimension of the cross-section outline of the insert (1, 1', 1", 2, 2', 2", 2"') is 97- 120% of the corresponding dimension of the opening and/or is deformable by hand muscles to the shape and dimension of the opening to be filled, and the length of the bundle does not exceed the length of the opening to be filled in a hollow brick (4, 4', 4") or a floor slab with service openings (5, 5', 5"), end caps (6, 6', 7) are used for hollow bricks and edge floor slabs and prevent the concrete mix from entering the structural openings.[French]
Inserts acoustiques pour améliorer l'isolation acoustique dans des planchers ou des dalles avec des ouvertures de traitement. Les inserts (1, 1', 1", 2, 2', 2", 2'") se présentent sous la forme de surfaces latérales reliées entre elles de manière permanente dans un paquet soit ouvert des deux côtés (3, 3') soit scellé sur l'un ou les deux côtés par un matériau isolant (3"), par exemple du silicone, du plastique, etc., le contour de section transversale étant de forme circulaire ou de toute forme polygonale, le diamètre de section transversale de chaque tube circulaire (3) ou la dimension de section transversale maximale du tube de forme polygonale (3') étant dans la plage de 2 à 30 mm et les tubes (3, 3', 3") étant composés d'un matériau élastique et résistant, le contour de section transversale de l'insert (1, 1', 1", 2, 2', 2", 2"') étant similaire au contour de section transversale de chaque ouverture dans la brique creuse de plancher (4, 4', 4") ou de la dalle de plancher avec des ouvertures de service (5, 5', 5'') de telle sorte que chaque dimension du contour de section transversale de l'insert (1, 1', 1", 2, 2', 2", 2"') fait de 97 à 120 % de la dimension correspondante de l'ouverture et/ou est déformable par les muscles de la main à la forme et à la dimension de l'ouverture à remplir, et la longueur du paquet ne dépasse pas la longueur de l'ouverture à remplir dans une brique creuse (4, 4', 4") ou une dalle de plancher avec des ouvertures de service (5, 5', 5"), des capuchons d'extrémité (6, 6', 7) sont utilisés pour des briques creuses et des dalles de plancher de bord et empêchent le mélange de béton de pénétrer dans les ouvertures structurales.
