Abstract[English]
A free-flowing food product and a method of preparation is provided. The free-flowing food product includes a dried fruit and an anti-caking agent. A weight ratio (w/w) ratio of the dried fruit to the anti-caking agent is in a range of 49:1 to 99:1. A method of preparation of the free-flowing food product is also provided. The method includes dry blending the dried fruit with the anti-caking agent to obtain the free-flowing food product. A method for preparing a free-flowing date powder is also provided.[French]
L'invention concerne un produit alimentaire à écoulement libre et un procédé de préparation. Le produit alimentaire à écoulement libre comprend un fruit séché et un agent antimottant. Un rapport pondéral (p/p) du fruit séché à l'agent antimottant est compris dans une plage de 49:1 à 99:1. Un procédé de préparation du produit alimentaire à écoulement libre est également prévu. Le procédé consiste à mélanger à sec le fruit séché avec l'agent antimottant pour obtenir le produit alimentaire à écoulement libre. Un procédé de préparation d'une poudre de datte à écoulement libre est également prévu. (FIG. 1)
