Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a forgery-proof autonomous seal having a plurality of crypto-fiduciary security levels for securing documents. It is in fact a manual stamping device made of wood, plastic or any other material, not requiring an inkpad, for authenticating documents. The security levels are seven in number. It is a technical solution that is a complete improvement on every means for securing documents by means of stamping that exist on the market at the present time. It in particular comprises a handle that is used to hold the seal and a rectangular, square or oval setting, to or on which all the security elements are added or etched at the time of its manufacture. The various levels of crypto-fiduciary security that this innovative seal comprises make any attempt at imitation or counterfeiting ineffective and impossible. Due to its aforementioned features, this seal is recommended for senior political, administrative, judicial and financial authorities and senior figures in the business world, the documents of which are sometimes the target of malicious actors.[French]
La présente invention se rapporte à un cachet autonome infalsifiable à plusieurs niveaux de sécurité crypto-fiduciaire pour la sécurisation des documents. Il s'agit en fait d'un dispositif d'estampage manuel en bois, en plastique ou de toute autre matière, sans encrier pour authentifier des documents. Les niveaux de sécurité sont au nombre de sept. Elle constitue une solution technique aboutie à tous les moyens de sécurisation des documents au moyen de l'estampage qui existent de nos jours sur le marché. Il comprend notamment un manche qui sert à tenir le cachet et un cadre rectangulaire, carré ou ovale, sur lequel tous éléments de sécurité sont apposés ou gravés au moment de sa fabrication. Les différents niveaux de sécurité crypto-fiduciaire que comprend ce cachet innovant, rendent toute entreprise d'imitation ou de contrefaçon inopérante et impossible. De par ses caractéristiques sus évoquées, ce cachet est recommandé aux hautes autorités politiques, administratives, judicaires, financières et du monde des affaires, dont les documents sont parfois la cible des esprits malveillants.
