Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a smart valve that momentarily communicates hot water plumbing with cold water plumbing, the valve comprising a magnetic diverter gate with a electromechanical actuator and being installed in washbasins and/or sinks and which, in combination with a booster pump installed in a heater, allows the return of cold water drawn while waiting for hot water, directly to the heater. The device operates by opening the hot water tap, through which there is no flow until the hot water reaches the consumption point.[Spanish]
La presente invención se refiere a una válvula inteligente que comunica, de manera momentánea, la tubería de agua caliente con la de agua fría que cuenta con una compuerta de desviación magnética y actuador electro-mecánico que se instala en los lavamanos y/o en las regaderas y que, en combinación con una bomba presurizadora instalada en el calentador, permite regresar el agua fría que se tira mientras se espera el agua caliente, directamente al calentador. El dispositivo opera abriendo la llave de agua caliente, por la que no habrá flujo en tanto el agua caliente no haya llegado al punto de consumo.[French]
La présente invention concerne un robinet-vanne intelligent faisant communiquer, de manière temporaire, la tubulure d’eau chaude avec celle d’eau froide, qui comprend un obturateur de déviation magnétique et un actionneur électromécanique, installé dans les lavabos et/ou les douches, et qui, en association avec une pompe de mise sous pression installée dans le dispositif de chauffage, permet de réacheminer l’eau froide tirée, tant que l’eau chaude n’est pas arrivée, directement vers le dispositif de chauffage. Le dispositif fonctionne par ouverture du robinet d’eau chaude, aucun écoulement ne se produisant tant que l’eau chaude n’est pas arrivée au point de consommation.
