The present invention relates to the development of formulations based on the glycyrrhizic acid compound due to its antiviral, anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties, as a syrup at four different concentrations of 0.1, 0.2, 1 and 2 % of the GA compound, as a solution for nebulising at four different concentrations of 0.1, 0.2, 1 and 2 % of the GA compound, and as a spray of liposomal nanoparticles at four different concentrations of 0.1, 0.2, 1 and 2 % of the GA compound. Cough suppressants, bronchospasm inhibitors and anti-corticoids are added, and lastly, the pH is adjusted in a range of 4 – 7 as this is the most physiological range. The invention is for the therapeutic and prophylactic management of infections and clinical symptoms of the infection due to SARS-CoV2 and COVID-19.[Spanish]
Desarrollo de formulaciones a base del compuesto ácido glicirricínico por sus propiedades como antiviral, antiinflamatorio e inmunomodulador, en jarabe a cuatro diferentes concentraciones de 0.1, 0.2, 1 y 2 % del compuesto AG, en solución para nebulización a cuatro diferentes concentraciones de 0.1, 0.2, 1 y 2 % del compuesto AG, y en spray de nanopartículas liposomales a cuatro diferentes concentraciones de 0.1, 0.2, 1 y 2 % del compuesto AG. Adicionados con compuestos antitusivos, inhibidores del broncoespasmo y anticorticoides y finalmente se ajusta el pH en un rango de 4 - 7 por ser el más fisiológico. Para el manejo terapéutico y profiláctico de infecciones y manifestaciones clínicas de la infección por el SARS-CoV2 y COVID-19.[French]
L'invention concerne l'élaboration de compositions à base du composé acide glycyrrhizique, compte tenu de ses propriétés en tant qu'agent antiviral, anti-inflammatoire et immunodulateur, sous forme de sirop à quatre concentrations différentes, soit 0,1, 0,2, 1 et 2 % du composé AG, sous forme de solution pour nébulisation à quatre concentrations différentes, soit 0,1, 0,2, 1 et 2 % du composé AG, et sous forme de spray de nanoparticules liposomales à quatre concentrations différentes, soit 0,1, 0,2, 1 et 2 % du composé AG. Des composés antitussifs, des inhibiteurs du bronchospasme et des anticorticoïdes sont additionnés, le pH étant enfin ajusté dans une plage comprise entre 4 et 7, soit la valeur la plus physiologique. L'invention permet la gestion thérapeutique et prophylactique d'infections et de manifestations cliniques d'une infection par le SARS-CoV-2 et de la COVID-19.
