Abstract[English]
The immunopotentiating material includes black yeast β-glucan and ginsenoside Rg3, and the content of black yeast β-glucan is 3.5-4.8 g/L and the content of gisenoside Rg3 is 1.3-4.21 mg%. The immunopotentiating materia is prepared by carrying out the synthesis of black yeast β-glucan through the cultivation of black yeast (Aureobasidium pullulans) in the culture medium containing an extract of red ginseng simultaneously with the biotransformation of ginsenosides in the extract of red ginseng by using black yeast (Aureobasidium pullulans). The immunopotentiating materia can be used as an oral administration for anticancer, antitumor and immunopotentiating activities.[French]
Le matériau d'immunopotentialisation comprend du beta-glucane de levure noire et du ginsénoside Rg3, et la teneur en beta-glucane de levure noire est de 3,5 à 4,8 g/l et la teneur en gisenoside Rg3 est de 1,3 à 4,21 mg %. Le matériau d'immunopotentialisation est préparé par réalisation de la synthèse de bêta-glucane de levure noire par culture de levure noire (Aureobasidium pullulans) dans le milieu de culture contenant un extrait de ginseng rouge simultanément à la biotransformation des ginsenosides dans l'extrait de ginseng rouge à l'aide de levure noire (Aureobasidium pullulans). Le matériel d'immunopotentialisation peut être utilisé comme administration orale pour des activités anticancéreuses, antitumorales et d'immunopotentialisation.
