For the purpose of providing an image display device (1) and a program capable of smoothly and efficiently grasping the state of an object from an echogram (64), an image display device (1) is provided with a storage image generation unit (21a) which generates and stores a storage image from echo data obtained by receiving a reflected wave of a transmitted wave and having a reflection intensity within a predetermined upper limit value and a lower limit value, and an image display unit (50) (i.e., user terminal) which displays the echogram (64) of the storage image in a color tone corresponding to a user's operation out of a plurality of color tones.[French]
