Force multiplier device (1; 100) configured to be associated with molds (50) comprising: - a first and a second prismatic body (2, 3) configured to be associated with a mold (50) and arranged side by side to identify a longitudinal direction (Y) of mutual sliding; - a housing (4) comprising a seat (5) and a counter-seat (6) made respectively in the first and second prismatic body (2, 3), - a contrasting body (7) housed in the housing (4) and in contact with pushing means (8); when this contrasting body (7) is housed in the counter-seat (6), it generates a contrasting force (Fc) which opposes the mutual displacement of the prismatic bodies (2, 3) and whose value depends on: - the shape of the counter-seat (6) and of the contrasting body (7); - from the pushing force (S) with which the pushing means (8) force the contrasting body (3) inside the counter-seat (6).[French]
L'invention concerne un dispositif multiplicateur de force (1; 100) conçu pour être associé à des moules (50) comprenant : - un premier et un second corps prismatiques (2, 3) conçus pour être associés à un moule (50) et disposés côte à côte pour identifier une direction longitudinale (Y) de coulissement mutuel; - un boîtier (4) comprenant un siège (5) et un contre-siège (6) réalisés respectivement dans les premier et second corps prismatiques (2, 3), - un corps de contraste (7) logé dans le boîtier (4) et en contact avec des moyens de poussée (8); lorsque le corps de contraste (7) est logé dans le contre-siège (6), il génère une force de contraste (Fc) qui s'oppose au déplacement mutuel des corps prismatiques (2, 3) et dont la valeur dépend : - de la forme du contre-siège (6) et du corps de contraste (7); - de la force de poussée (S) avec laquelle le moyen de poussée (8) force le corps de contraste (3) à l'intérieur du contre-siège (6).
