Abstract[English]
A kit and a method are described for fixing a fixable orthodontic implant device to the palatal and/or mandibular bones of a patient, the orthodontic implant device comprising a frame (1) superimposable on an external surface of the palate (P) and/or mandible of the patient, the frame (1) having at least one fixing hole (2) extending through a section of the frame (1), and being sized and shaped to receive a bone mini-screw (3) and a drill guide (4) therein, the drill guide (4) being sized and shaped to receive the bone mini-screw (3) therein, the drill guide (4) being removably fastened to the frame (1) via the fixing hole (2) when the drill guide (4) is fastened to the frame (1). The bone mini-screw (3) is in communication with the respective fixing hole (2) via the drill guide (4).[French]
L'invention concerne un kit et un procédé pour fixer un dispositif d'implant orthodontique pouvant être fixé aux os palatins et/ou mandibulaires d'un patient, le dispositif d'implant orthodontique comprenant un cadre (1) superposable sur une surface externe du palais (P) et/ou de la mandibule du patient, le cadre (1) comportant au moins un trou de fixation (2) s'étendant à travers une section du cadre (1), et étant dimensionné et formé pour recevoir une mini-vis à os (3) et un guide de foret (4) à l'intérieur de celui-ci, le guide de foret (4) étant dimensionné et formé pour recevoir la mini-vis à os (3) à l'intérieur de celui-ci, le guide de foret (4) étant fixé de manière amovible au cadre (1) par l'intermédiaire du trou de fixation (2) lorsque le guide de foret (4) est fixé au cadre (1). La mini-vis osseuse (3) est en communication avec le trou de fixation (2) respectif par l'intermédiaire du guide de foret (4).
