The present invention relates to a technical field of document management. The electronic document management system (100) comprises one or more user interfaces (101), one or more processors (102), a network (103), a memory (104) storing computer implementable instructions, on execution a service provider application (107) integrates with a ERP application (105) and an intermediate application (106), wherein a document (108a) created in ERP application (105) get stored under a unique document reference number (DRN) (108) as tag (108a1) in the service provider application (107) through intermediate application (106), and the service provider application (107) transfers back a unique and secured URL (111) to the ERP application (105) through intermediate application (106). Advantageously, the electronic document management system (100) enables synchronization of documents (108a), dynamic access and retrieval of documents (108a) and provides unique reporting features.[French]
