Abstract[English]
The present invention provides a placement of charging port (114a) on electric vehicles (EVs) to maximize utility space and enhance overall system efficiency. By positioning the charging port (114a) away from the vehicle's central plane and substantially tilting it sidewise, the space in front of the rider is freed up for the integration of essential electronic components. Mounting brackets (114b) secure the charging port (114a) onto the frame assembly (116), accommodating various connector types and offering adaptability in design. Insights from space optimization techniques in other industries guide the development of this novel charging port (114a) placement strategy, ensuring efficient space utilization within the constraints of existing EV frames.[French]
La présente invention concerne un positionnement d’une prise (114a) de charge sur des véhicules électriques (EV) pour maximiser l'espace utilitaire et améliorer l'efficacité globale du système. En positionnant la prise (114a) de charge à l'écart du plan central du véhicule et en l'inclinant sensiblement latéralement, l'espace devant le pilote est libéré pour l'intégration de composants électroniques essentiels.
