A sensing assembly 300 in a saddle type vehicle 100, the sensing assembly 300 comprising one or more sensing units 302, the one or more sensing units 302 being configured to sense one or more parameters of a power unit 104 of the saddle type vehicle 100 The one or more sensing units 302 being disposed in one or more portions of an exhaust assembly 102 coupled to the power unit 104. A wiring element 304, the wiring element 304 being connected to each of the one or more sensing units 302 with a coupler (306). The one or more portions of the wiring element 304 being supported by the at least one downtube 206 for extension of the wiring element 304 from each of the one or more sensing units 302 to the coupler (306).[French]
