Vehicle mounted Mobile Concrete mixer having an on-board, automatic, air pollution control mechanism" is a mobile concrete Mixer assembly (10) installed on a vehicle (V) having a plurality of solid material compartments (1-5) each with a separate discharging means (C1-C5) adapted to discharge the said solid ingredients into a weigh hopper (W) having a belt conveyor (8) at its bottom, suspended or supported on a plurality of electronic load-cells (L) conveying the weighed materials to a mixer (9) adapted to form a Batching Compartment (BC) closed from all sides during operation, for cumulative weighing of all solid ingredients wherein the said Batching compartment (BC) is adapted to have a fully automatic & human intervention free pollution control mechanism working on DC electric supply of the battery (17).[French]
La présente invention est un mélangeur de béton mobile monté sur véhicule doté d'un mécanisme de contrôle embarqué automatique de la pollution atmosphérique qui est un ensemble mélangeur de béton mobile (10) installé sur un véhicule (V) ayant une pluralité de compartiments en matériau solide (1-5), chacun étant doté de moyens d'évacuation séparés (C1-C5) conçus pour évacuer lesdits ingrédients solides dans une trémie de pesage (W) ayant un convoyeur à bande (8) dans sa partie inférieure, suspendus ou supportés sur une pluralité de cellules de charge électroniques (L) acheminant les matériaux pesés vers un mélangeur (9) conçu pour former un compartiment de mise en lots (BC) fermé de tous les côtés en fonctionnement, pour peser cumulativement tous les ingrédients solides, ledit compartiment de mise en lots (BC) étant conçu pour avoir un mécanisme de contrôle de la pollution sans intervention humaine et entièrement automatique fonctionnant sur l'alimentation électrique en courant continu de la batterie (17).
