Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to an oral composition comprising fixed dose combination of Dydrogesterone and Progesterone in a single unit dosage form wherein oral composition is a solid unit dosage form. The composition of the present invention is a novel drug delivery system which avoid drawbacks associated with current prescribed regimen and dosage form. The oral composition provides sustained release of active agents thereby reducing dose frequency, side effects and is more patient compliant.[French]
La présente invention concerne une composition orale comprenant une combinaison de dose fixe de dydrogestérone et de progestérone sous une forme posologique unitaire unique, la composition orale étant une forme posologique unitaire solide. La composition de la présente invention est un nouveau système d'administration de médicament qui évite les inconvénients associés au régime prescrit actuel et à la forme posologique. La composition orale assure une libération prolongée d'agents actifs, ce qui permet de réduire la fréquence de dose et les effets secondaires, et est plus conforme au patient.
