Abstract[English]
A stable composition comprising of genetically engineered vesiculovirus expressing a heterologous protein are disclosed. Said composition comprises pharmaceutically acceptable excipients selected from buffer, salt, and a globular protein individually and combination thereof. The said compositions are designed to be stored at widely available storage conditions for enhancing the stability profile. The stability profiles achieved by the present disclosure renders the said composition to be deployed globally at affordable costs.[French]
L'invention concerne une composition stable comprenant un vésiculovirus génétiquement modifié exprimant une protéine hétérologue. Ladite composition comprend des excipients pharmaceutiquement acceptables choisis parmi un tampon, un sel et une protéine globulaire individuellement et une combinaison de ceux-ci. Lesdites compositions sont conçues pour être stockées dans des conditions de stockage largement disponibles pour améliorer le profil de stabilité. Les profils de stabilité obtenus par la présente invention permettent de déployer ladite composition mondialement à des coûts abordables.
