A vehicle comprising a scratch resistant styling panel (104) is disclosed The scratch resistant styling panel (104) is fabricated from a mixture comprising a plurality of pellets of a thermoplastic polymer (101) and a plurality of pellets of a scratch-resistant additive (102). The scratch resistant additive (102) has a lower density compared to density of the thermoplastic polymer (101). The scratch resistant styling panel (104) is fabricated using injection molding (103) of the mixture. The scratch resistant styling panel (104) exhibits improved resistance to scratches, abrasions, and wear compared to conventional vehicle styling panels.[French]
Est divulgué un véhicule comprenant un panneau d'habillage résistant aux rayures (104), le panneau d'habillage résistant aux rayures (104) étant fabriqué à partir d'un mélange comprenant une pluralité de pastilles d'un polymère thermoplastique (101) et une pluralité de pastilles d'un additif résistant aux rayures (102). L'additif résistant aux rayures (102) a une densité inférieure par rapport à la densité du polymère thermoplastique (101). Le panneau d'habillage résistant aux rayures (104) est fabriqué par moulage par injection (103) du mélange.
