Abstract[English]
Mobile concrete mixer having a sandwiched material storage and material flow configuration, is characterized by- a mobile concrete Mixer (1) installed on a vehicle (v) having a composite bulk solid material storage compartment (2) wherein the cement or binder compartment (3) is sandwiched longitudinally between the fine and coarse aggregate compartments (4 & 5) having inclined conveyors (6, 7 & 8) respectively wherein the Mixer (9) is divided into two sides (A & B) by the longitudinal axis of the vehicle and the binder or cement is discharged in the mixer at the center with water while the fine and coarse materials on opposite sides of the Mixer (9). The Mixing is achieved by means of plurality of mixing blades (11) which push 'Side A' material to 'Side B' and vice a versa before discharging the fresh mixed concrete through a central discharge gate (14).[French]
L'invention concerne un mélangeur de béton mobile ayant une configuration de stockage de matériau et de flux de matériau prise en sandwich, qui est caractérisé par - un mélangeur de béton mobile (1) installé sur un véhicule (v) comportant un compartiment de stockage de matériau solide en vrac composite (2), le compartiment de ciment ou de liant (3) étant pris en sandwich longitudinalement entre les compartiments d'agrégat fin et grossier (4 et 5) présentant des transporteurs inclinés (6, 7 et 8) respectivement, le mélangeur (9) étant divisé en deux côtés (A et B) par l'axe longitudinal du véhicule et le liant ou le ciment étant évacué dans le mélangeur au centre avec de l'eau tandis que les matériaux fins et grossiers sont sur des côtés opposés du mélangeur (9). Le mélange est obtenu au moyen d'une pluralité de lames de mélange (11) qui poussent le matériau du « côté A » vers le « côté B » et vice versa avant de décharger le béton mélangé frais par une porte de décharge centrale (14).
