Abstract[English]
The method disclosed in the current invention is used to purify an antibody from process and product related impurities. The method discloses the use of affinity chromatography, cation exchange chromatography and mixed-mode chromatography for the reduction of process and product-related impurities. More specifically, the method discloses the use of cation exchange chromatography for the reduction of impurities such as high molecular weight aggregates and charge variants from an antibody composition.[French]
Le procédé décrit dans la présente invention est utilisé pour purifier un anticorps à partir d'impuretés associées à un produit et à un processus. Le procédé décrit l'utilisation d'une chromatographie d'affinité, d'une chromatographie d'échange de cations et d'une chromatographie en mode mixte pour la réduction des impuretés liées au produit et au processus.
