Abstract[English] Described is a method for improving the condition of a patient suffering from Non-Cystic Fibrosis Bronchiectasis (NCFB), comprising administering to the patient by inhalation from 2.5 million international units (MIU) to 6 MIU of colistimethate sodium (CMS) once a day for a period of at least 28 days.
