Abstract[English] The present invention relates to the production of culture medium comprising a co-hydrolysis of plant- based protein source by microorganisms. The invention further relates to the use of this culture medium for the cultivation of non-human metazoan cells used as a consumable product for human and/or animal consumption. Further, the invention provides novel methods for repurposing waste molecules and by- products associated with preparation of culture medium and cultivation of non-human metazoan cells.[French] La présente invention concerne la production d'un milieu de culture comprenant une co-hydrolyse d'une source de protéines végétales par des micro-organismes. L'invention concerne en outre l'utilisation de ce milieu de culture pour la culture de cellules métazoaires non humaines utilisées en tant que produit consommable pour la consommation humaine et/ou animale.
