Abstract[English]
The present invention discloses methods for the selective recovery of precious metals from electronic waste (e-waste). An environmentally friendly oxidizing agent is developed for the selective oxidation and separation of copper from printed circuit board (PCB) metal powder. Additionally, selective recovery of gold and silver is achieved using fluxing agents. Following selective leaching, copper is recovered from the leach solution through cementation with more active metal species. Impurities, such as aluminum (Al) and iron (Fe), are subsequently removed via pH precipitation. The remaining leached elements are further separated using crystallization or additional pH precipitation processes.[French]
La présente invention concerne des procédés de récupération sélective de métaux précieux à partir de déchets électroniques. Un agent oxydant respectueux de l'environnement est développé pour l'oxydation et la séparation sélectives du cuivre à partir de poudre métallique de cartes de circuit imprimé (PCB). De plus, une récupération sélective de l'or et de l'argent est réalisée à l'aide d'agents de fluxage. Après la lixiviation sélective, le cuivre est récupéré à partir de la solution de lixiviation par cimentation des espèces métalliques plus actives. Des impuretés, telles que de l'aluminium (Al) et du fer (Fe), sont ensuite éliminées par précipitation au pH. Les éléments lixiviés restants sont ensuite séparés à l'aide de procédés de cristallisation ou de précipitation au pH supplémentaires.
