Abstract[English]
A method for determining a weight of a finished bale produced by an agricultural baler 102 configured to take cut plant material from the ground, compress the plant material in a baling chamber 108, and eject the bale onto a bale chute 122 having a weigh table 204 with at least three load cells 206 including front load cells and rear load cells. The method includes measuring weights at a front portion 208 of the weigh table, a rear portion 210 of the weigh table 204 and a total sum weight for the weigh table over time. The method determines when weight is transferring to the rear portion while total weight remains substantially constant, collects the total weight at the time when weight is transferring to the rear portion of the weigh table and estimates a finished bale weight value and provides an output of the finished bale weight value.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination du poids d'une balle finie produite par une presse à balles agricole (102) conçue pour ramasser une matière végétale coupée sur le sol, comprimer la matière végétale dans une chambre de mise en balles (108), et éjecter la balle sur un éjecteur de balles (122) ayant une table de pesage (204) avec au moins trois cellules de charge (206) dont des cellules de charge avant et des cellules de charge arrière. Le procédé consiste à mesurer les poids au niveau d'une partie avant (208) de la table de pesage, d'une partie arrière (210) de la table de pesage (204) et d'un poids total pour la table de pesage au fil du temps.
