Abstract[English]
A surgical instrument includes a tube and a horn. The tube has a distal end and a proximal end. A loop is formed with a cable that is folded between a first end of the cable and a second end of the cable. The cable is at least partially disposed in the tube. The horn is configured to oscillate. The first end of the cable is coupled to the horn. An oscillation of the horn actuates the cable.[French]
