Abstract[English] Described herein is a method for adjusting at least one optical characteristic of an intraocular lens. The method involves the use of a violet laser having a wavelength in the range of 380 nm to 460 nm. The violet laser can be used to correct post-operative refractive errors in intraocular lenses, while being noninvasive and safe.[French] L'invention concerne un procédé de réglage d'au moins une caractéristique optique d'une lentille intraoculaire.
